You can manage your licenses and assigned users for your subscription at the Trimble License Manager application. Trimble TerraFlex licenses are transferable between users and devices but may only be used on one device at a time.

Is a trial version of Trimble TerraFlex available?

A TerraFlex trial license is automatically created for you the first time you sign in to TerraFlex with your Trimble Identity account. A TerraFlex trial lasts for 30 days and allows you to collect forms for up to 200 features during those 30 days.
