b y A s h o k P r i m need was felt for a better management of land records with a view to minimize scope and settlement records including creation of original cadastral records wherever necessary, computerization of registration and its integration with the land records maintenance system, development of core Geospatial Information System (GIS) and capacity building. On the same lines as the NLRMP, the Govt of Rajasthan launched the Digital India Land Records Management Programme (DILRMP ) in January 2016 to fulfil these aims with its operations on Survey/Re- Survey and updation of Survey and Settlement Records. With the implementation of new technology, a new era will be ushered regarding the knowledge and delineation of boundaries, whether they are the individual parcel or the collective types of administrative boundaries.
