A Scanning Portfolio for All
Trimble provides a versatile scanning portfolio of compatible instruments and software to execute a wide range of projects profitably.
The Trimble SX10 is the first all in one system to collect any combination of high-density scan data, total station measurements and enhanced Trimble VISION™ imaging to add value to both scanning and survey projects.
The Trimble X7 is a system suitable for users with any skill level and features the first automatic calibration and leveling system to ensure data quality on each scan, and the Trimble Perspective field software to enable automatic registration, clear project visibility and the potential to deliver in the field.
The Trimble TX6 and TX8 offers pure high-speed time-of-flight scanning to quickly capture dense scan data on large projects with consistent accuracy over the full scan range.
And no company has more powerful office software, with Trimble RealWorks for automatic registration and data analysis, and Trimble Business Center, the industry's leading survey software.
- Quality with no compromise on speed/range
- Productivity in field and office
- A streamlined user experience
- Reliable automatic targetless registration
- Durability to handle demanding environments
The Trimble TX6 and TX8 quickly and accurately scan urban areas. The eye safe Class 1 invisible laser is safe to use in busy public places and a scan pause function helps reduce noise. Trimble RealWorks plane-based registration makes scan registration automatic and the Auto-Classify tool can group the point cloud segments for ground, buildings, poles and signs.
The TX8's accuracy over the full 120m scan range and 340m extended range option are ideal for scanning roads, highways, bridges, dams and tunnels. Capture high resolution detail and use Trimble RealWorks to create measurements, profiles, sections, contours, volumes and line work for deliverables.
Use the range, speed and accuracy of the Trimble TX6 and TX8 to scan building interiors and exteriors. RealWorks' plane based registration makes scan registration automatic. Inspection tools make it easy to check floor flatness and quickly create ortho-photos of floor plans and elevations.
Oil and Gas
Trimble's complete solutions for applying laser scanning technology to precise, accurate, storage tank inspections and calibrations save money, increase field worker safety, and produce superior results over other spatial measurement methods.
Plants, offshore platforms, ships and factories all require multiple setups to capture the exact details of pipes and equipment. Speed, accuracy and high resolution are all given. With the automatic target-based registration within RealWorks, even more time is saved.
The Trimble TX6 and TX8 have the range, accuracy and resolution to capture cultural heritage landmarks in great detail. RealWorks can inspect and monitor surface deterioration to help plan preservation and restoration projects.
The TX8 has a dependable, rugged design with a protected mirror and IP54 rating for dust and water protection, making it ideal for demanding environments like mines and quarries. Depend on it to create measurements, contours, meshes and sections. It also easily handles volume calculations and deformation analysis and monitoring.
The Trimble TX6 and TX8 offer an effective solution for law enforcement to scan accident and crime scenes. The internal HDR camera enables the quick capture of images to automatically colorize scans and optional external camera kits are available to take higher resolution or HDR panoramic imagery and to colorize scans in RealWorks. Data also can be imported into Trimble Visual Statement for reconstruction. Learn more
