Building Deformation Monitoring using Integrated Survey
Deformation monitoring plays a crucial role in infrastructure management and construction stability. Having accurate movement data of a structure can provide engineers and stakeholders with data for making informed decisions on maintenance.
In this dataset, a deformation monitoring survey has been performed using a combination of static GNSS and total station observations (integrated survey) to determine the buildings 3D movement based on several points. To do this, three datasets were collected three on different days (epochs) using a Trimble S series total stations and a NetR9 Ti-M GNSS receiver.
The Monitoring module in TBC provides a simplified tool set for managing monitoring datasets and creating rich deliverables. Along with this, define alarm thresholds and visualize movement in context of the survey and design data. Create comprehensive reports and interactive charts using any survey data. To provide context of the movement, an IFC design model is included.
