sensorsforself-leveling,acalibratedcoaxialcamerasystemforfastimageacquisitionandalaser
pointertofacilitategeo-referencing,singleshotmeasurementsandfieldlayoutapplications.

X-Drive Dual Vertical Deflection System
X-DrivewasintroducedwiththeTrimbleX7laserscanningsystemastheworld'sfirstdual
verticaldeflectiondrivesystem,integratingasurvey-gradeservodrivewithahigh-speed
scanningmirror.Theconceptofusingatotalstation'swell-knownverticalservosystemontopof
ahighspeeddeflectionunitforscanningopensnewfeatureslikeauto-calibration,tilt
measurements,andlaserpointer.Atotalstationverticaldriveandangleencodersystemisstill
integratedinsidethealidadesothecompletecenterunit,includingthedeflectionunitand
ElectronicDistanceMeasurement(EDM)source,canberotatedaroundthetrunnionaxisina
traditionalwayliketotalstations.
