Introducing Trimble Measure Service: delivering fully digital inspection workflows
The Trimble® Measure Service software is an update to our geospatial data collection and inspection solutions. Formerly known as the Trimble Access™ Mobile Inspector Measure Service, this powerful solution enables fully digital construction inspection workflows, boosting efficiency and accuracy while reducing the time for project certification.
Introducing Trimble Measure Service
Trimble Measure Service connects the Infotech Mobile Inspector and Trimble field data collection products like Trimble Access and Trimble SiteVision software. Post-measurement requests in the Infotech Mobile Inspector app then switch to a supported Trimble field application to complete the measurements. Measurements are then synced directly back to Mobile Inspector.
This fully digital workflow streamlines the collection of inspection data, improving efficiency and accuracy. Real-time measurement syncing means collaboration is enhanced when working across a team, while Trimble’s field tools offer the latest technological innovations such as augmented reality (AR) and remote EDM laser measurement capabilities.
How does the Trimble Measure Service deliver a custom-fit solution for digital inspection workflows?
1. Data sharing and integration
Trimble Measure Service connects Access and SiteVision with Infotech Mobile Inspector to enable data sharing. Inspectors can complete measurement tasks directly in the field, attach results digitally to daily work reports and sync them back to the central system without manual data entry. This transparent digital workflow ensures data accuracy, enhances collaboration and speeds up the reporting process, delivering a more connected and reliable inspection experience.
2. Smarter inspections with Android and Trimble SiteVision
With Android support, Trimble Measure Service offers inspectors greater choice and flexibility, allowing them to work across a wide range of devices within the Trimble portfolio. This includes using Access on Trimble TSC5 and TDC6 data collectors, or SiteVision on either bring-your-own Android devices or the TDC6.
When paired with the Trimble HPS2 Handle and its integrated EDM laser, SiteVision empowers inspectors to leverage AR for intuitive data visualization and precise, fully 3D remote measurements. This combination not only enhances safety and speed in the field, but also redefines how inspection data is captured and verified.
3. Workflow automation and efficiency
Trimble Measure Service streamlines inspection processes by automating data collection and field-to-office workflows. By replacing manual, paper-based methods with a fully digital approach, it minimizes transcription errors, reduces rework and accelerates project timelines.
Trimble Measure Service is a powerful solution for geospatial data collection, delivering precision, reliability, and seamless integration across field and office workflows. Designed to support construction inspection, asset management, and other field-based tasks, it empowers professionals to collect, share, and manage data with greater accuracy and efficiency. With advanced features and broad device compatibility, Trimble Measure Service helps teams work smarter, stay connected, and manage projects with confidence.
