Features and enhancements

Adjust Registration for TZF Scans

Adjust registration for TZF scans

The new Adjust Registration tool gives users the ability to create, disable and delete links created during the refinement process. Visualize each connection link with user-defined thresholds and color schemes. Search your results using an interactive table, sort by error, overlap, or confidence and manage your refinement connections from the 3D screen by selecting stations or links.

This update gives users more control over their registration results and a redesigned registration report to document this critical step in tripod scanning workflows.

TRB import support

TRB import support

Connect your workflows by maintaining file compatibility across the Trimble ecosystem. TrimBIM (.trb) files are BIM models in a Trimble file format that is smaller and more efficient than the IFC file format, and they're supported in Trimble Connect®, Trimble Access, Trimble Business Center (TBC) and other software.

Import measurements from Perspective

Import measurements from Trimble Perspective

Users want to maximize their time in the field by completing tasks while their Trimble X-series 3D laser scanner is in operation. 3D measurements collected in Perspective are now supported in the TDX file format and are included in the TDX import to RealWorks.

Supported measurements include 3D point, 3D distance, horizontal distance and vertical clearance. Measurements can be found in the lower WorkSpace manager while in Production mode.
