Ideally all axes are perpendicular in respect to each other as shown below, but in reality this is not possible and
corrections must be applied.
Step 1: Determine the trunnion axis error. When the trunnion axis is not perpendicular in respect to the vertical
axis the scan fan becomes tilted.
